How do they catch me?

Hey guys,

so ive got banned for cheating the other day on a community server.
Made a new steam account, bought dayz again via steam and played for like 3 months.

Then out of the blue, my new account got banned because they found my original main account. I got insta banned on all comminity servers with my alt account.

Then i deleted steam and all dayz folders, downloaded everything again, and this time i bought a steam account with dayz on it.

I got once again banned for cheater alt.
How do they catch me? How can i work around detection?

Do i have to clean install windows again, then make a new email and new steam account?

Need to use a spoofer to change your PC hwid serials and use a residential vpn
