Rust HWID automatic unban after how much time?

Hello, I've noticed that after an HWID ban, it was enough to wait a few months without playing to no longer be banned. I've observed this several times over the past 5 years without using a SPOOFER. I would like to know the exact time needed for the HWID to be unbanned.

No one knows? Yet what I'm saying is real. I know that after three or four months, you no longer face bans. The same thing happens to my friends. Strangely, no one talks about it on this forum...

there is no official number or timeframe for it. Best we know its for life, some lads however are lucky or not even HWID banned in the first place after the first offense

I'm playing with a team of cheaters. It happened that we got HWID banned and took a break after that. Every time, we wouldn't get banned anymore when we started playing again more than 3 months after the ban. It's not just me.

Most think that the HWID bans are permanent in rust. They just spoof or get a new PC or parts

That would be correct, it's not valorant where first time HWID bans are 120d. All rust HWID bans are indeed perm.

TPM ban is normally around 1-5 hours

Facepunch recently released a statement that most cheaters gets banned within 7 hours but I don't really believe that.

Personal opinion is if you cannot make it past 100 hours you are having hardware ban issues, you can simply test by reinstalling ur pc using a USB, buy a 0 hour account stand afk on Facepunch servers.

After 24 hours just report urself in the Rust official discord server and keep afk testing

Yeah, at least valorant was clear about HWID bans being lifted after a certain period of time.

From their perspective being clear about such things might not be of any benefit whatsoever. More confusion = more scarcity about cheating.

If your ban was in the last 8 months, it’s too soon.

i got an EAC ban 30 days ago. I've been playing again for 4 days, I have 24 hours of gameplay and no ban so far. I'm not using any spoofer.

God damn I was not aware of that, thank you for letting me know lad <3

Its only for those who were banned a single time and waited tho, sadly most users try multiple accs or multiple dtc spoofers beforehand

Yeah, and after that you can come back without spoofing. Still, I don't agree with theminkman. From my own experience and that of my friends, the HWID unban time is way shorter than 8 months. I still stand by it being around 3 years (maybe less).

I really hate how much the cheating scene is coping about bans, spoofers and cheats.

Just cause you may not get banned for evading after your first ban, does not mean that your hardware is not flagged.

Have you ever considered what happens if Facepunch decides to check your new account and see you have a gameban less than 8 months ago?

You reckon you will not be permanently banned again?

Think again
