This person is a scammer (alotofgold). Someone tried to buy arms from him, and he blocked them once he received the money.

Do not send him any money before you have the items in your pocket. I would even recommend not doing anything with this person.

It reminds me of something I thought didn’t exist on Guild Wars ElitePvP: scammers who want your money and probably even your items.
