got banned what to i do now

I got banned using xenom after 2 days and was using a bought aged account and now i want to play using my main account does ow2 hardware or ip ban or can i login into my account and nothing will happen?

Yupp they do HWID ban. I recommend you use a spoofer first before you use any account. And make sure to test with an alt account before using your main. Just to be sure if you spoof properly

I assume it was a generic account closure ban message as we havent had any hacks ban reports in like a year. That being said, they don't hwid for generic account closure since that is not cheat related. Usually happens due to account issues or too many reports in short amount of time. Fresh accounts are especially sensitive and bought accounts.

It wasnot a new account it was an account that was 5 years old and over 200 hours legit no hacks

Try to open another account with no hacks. if you get banned again its hwid ban :handsdown:

Before doing anything or spending any money, test with a brand new account.
Create one and play for a day or so (few hours would be enough) and check if you got account closure again, if so you're HWID flagged and need to spoof.

If you're able to play fine, then ur not banned.

OW2 does HWID flag, but not always from the first offense and judging by ur state its most likely ur first time.
Don't test or do anything with ur main account tho as it may be lost that way.



And if you always wanna be on the safe side, get a working spoofer.
We'd be delighted to have u in VOID, we do spoof and unflag ur HWID without even needing to reinstall for OW2.

Just spoof first. Don’t log into your main account if you’re not sure what type of ban it is
