Win32/Jeefo.A Virus on classic conquer online client

I downloaded a classic conquer online client and scanned it using Eset Nod32. It has detected Win32/Jeefo.A Virus. Is this something to worry about?

If the file are deleted then you are good to go. as those files are old that anti virus will detect as false virus, but checking those files in the picture those are useless files so you can have that delete or clean by your anti virus.
