cheat recommandation

Looking for a cheat to closet/legit cheat on my main account(unheard). Not looking for dma. All i care about is security, dont really care about features, probably only gonna use esp anyway. Ive seen some good reviews about kernaim but also a lot of posts about it from accounts made last 1-2 months saying the same thing over and over. I know this kind of post is common but on every post about cheat recommandations i feel like its just a lot of people being paid to spam the same ,,THIS CHEAT IS SO GOOD GET IT,, thing.

if all you care about it security..l then dma is in fact what your looking for.. you will get banned using any 1 pc cheat

Didnt mean it like i have something against dma or smting, its just that a whole setup for that is a bit too steep of a price for me. Do u think using something like kernaim for max 1 month or any other external cheat and using basicly just esp for loot and etc would pose such a big risk?

If you're not willing to get into dma then I would say Synthetic Skills external tarkov is a good option

for your main eft account I wouldnt recommend anything anyone advertises to you in here. id go with a priv/slotted ext or even int with BE
