about private virtual machines

I’ve seen some script sellers offering private virtual machines.
They claim that using those, together with NN or other “unlockers,” can help avoid getting banned.

I have no idea if that’s actually true, or how it’s supposed to work.
Does anyone know what the logic behind that is?

There's no way that's true unlockers effect the wow client itself, even u ran a vm the wow client is still being modified and you will get banned.

VMs and proxies don't do shit.
