Farming Wingman manually

so i have been wondering what everyone that manually farms wingman does to get into the same match, i am using avast sandbox to get all my accounts up and running but having trouble as to how i get all those accounts in the same match.

any help is appreciated :)

My guess is force every low ping or very high ping (very low prob prefered)
