You also need to factor in that most cheats in the Arc Raiders scene are struggling to stay safe. Until just a few days ago, nearly everything was detected, so I assume the current price reflects the stability and effort required to maintain that. If you don't want to pay that much upfront, maybe ask for a discount or a test key.
