Not constant overlay - it's more likely you have aero theme enabled in windows
Looks like rcs works for you. but looks like it can't get image from game for some reason. usually because you have fullscreen mode enabled. it should be fullscreen borderless

upd:
Make sure your gpu supports directx 12
Make sure your detection delay value low enough

well, I don't want to buy code sign certificate for 200$ to remove this false positive

This is funny how virustotal sees almost all safe unsigned soft as virus even if code is not protected

HUFace cs2 cheat never connects to the internet or does any malicious actions

Any reverse engineer can confirm it
