beta bans carry over?

Yes, they do. Had a friend who bought JJboy in beta and got banned since they were writing to CR3, bought the full game and played fine for a week on DMA and then received a permanent ban. He's since then reformatted and changed all of his serials, etc.. and now been on the same account dropping 80-20 a game, sometimes higher without issues. HWID bans seem to be delayed by a 5-7 days, so keep that in mind.

No, they don’t. I have three accounts that were banned during the beta. I created a new account, and it’s still not banned. I’ve been playing on it for about three weeks now, roughly 100 hours of gameplay.

Yes, bans from beta usually stay since they’re tied to your account

Full release is like a fresh game so they won't ban you if you got banned in the beta.
