Sometimes local network filters and antiviruses intercept HTTPS traffic to scan it, and they replace the certificate with their own which causes a mismatch warning, like you got.

Try using a different browser for now, and if that doesn’t fix it, add an exception in any filters or security tools you’re using.

Not exactly closed, more like slotted, similar to how Hyper operates.

It’s usually in the community’s best interest for the developer to limit how many people can use the product, even if that means taking a financial hit.

Once enough users stop renewing and the active count drops below the set limit, sales will open back up again.
