Soft unlocker tool?

Been looking for the blueprint tool or how people do it? Can anyone point me i the right direction? Thanks. :)

one of my friends used dex aim and got chain permed on all of his accounts. So i'd rather stay away from it personally.

Been patched for the longest time and they don’t save so there really isn’t a point.
