I’m a lifetime customer of Void Spoofer (bought legitimately through their official site).
Everything was fine until I needed basic support. I opened a ticket because the woofer stopped working — followed all instructions, and politely asked for help.

That’s where everything started to fall apart.

- Support is practically non-existent. Tickets sit unanswered for hours or days.
- The only staff member who finally responded (“kodakk”) told me:

For starters I do appreciate the feedback, even if its on the negative start.

I will start it off by apologising regarding my support's reply, and I did even talk to him in dms before I even got to see this post, as its totally wrong to say that specially that they're paid by me for their work in void.

Now that we've got that out of the way, you have purchased our spoofer over a year ago, got a hwid reset and used it for over a year, it wouldnt stop working on its own,
We even were helping u in ticket for a weird error and I asked u for a vid regarding the issue.
I am surprised by this post since you're getting full support from us yet complain.


AS for the automute, it happens when u ping me over 5 times within 8 hours, doesnt matter no matter what context, I havent replied in an hour im usually not home or have a life IRL as well.
Lifetime support, there is no pay again since ur a customer for over a year and yet here we are still assisting u.
No refunds after a year lad, i believe this is normal for any busienss model in the world, I cant even refund u physically since we're using a different payment provider than the one u used over one year ago to purchase our product.
We have a refund warranty period, where refunds are given to customers if issues happen, and we even have countless vouches for it, we're quite lenient with it.

LAST but not least u never had roles to vouch in the first place for them to get revoked, we had a server issue and we renewed all roles for all users, so users that had roles before had to reverify which from my best guess u did not do it in time, thus not having the role.
This happened months ago....

You did not get scammed, u just want to play victim sadly but its part of this com, I hope my reply explains the many incorrect info you've given, misleading users.

First of all, let me say that I know Garbo and I'd be inclined to take his side since he's an honest and serious person. That being said, I think his explanation was much more coherent than the TS rant. Of course his staff conduct was unacceptable, no excuses there, but to go from that to saying his product doesn't work is a huge – and undue – leap; it's misleading and it's not true at all.

I've been recommending Garbo / Void to a lot of people and nobody has ever said anything bad about him. Despite his staff hideous behavior, I'll keep on recommending him. One mistake won't define him or his spoofer. He deserves my praise.

i think its the best Woofer on the market, im using it since 2023 and it works always, i got unbanned a lot of times!!! it has the fastest supp like Garbie, kodakk etc... they fix your issues like instant, they woof your HDD, SSD, Nvme M.2, GPU, ARP Serials too, so if you are looking for some woofer with a lot of futures to make ensure you will be UD again this is the best option!!! I been on void since 2022, to be honest. Most of the time staffs are cool and not power hungry like others :> (don't even ask about the "others" because i won't be responding)

But asking money for a support... it's different, leaving a tip is fine but asking money for a support isn't the way to do it..

+ Garbo been nice to every customers if they didn't say shit or disrespecting void. (I know garbo personally so i know he's legit)

Appreciate the reply — but your response actually confirms most of what I said.

1️⃣ You admitted your support staff told a paying customer to “pay again.”
Whether you later “talked to him in DMs” or not doesn’t change that it happened publicly inside a support ticket. That’s unacceptable for any service, especially one advertising “lifetime support.”

2️⃣ You claim I purchased “over a year ago” as if that justifies ignoring or mistreating me.
Lifetime means lifetime. There was no disclaimer saying support expires after a year. If you want to change your policy, fine — but don’t retroactively punish customers who paid for what was advertised as lifetime access.

3️⃣ You say I was “helped in ticket for a valid error,” yet the only help offered was a staff member asking for payment.
I followed every guide, sent every screenshot, and got muted by your bot instead of getting actual assistance. That’s not “help.”

4️⃣ The “5 pings = auto mute” excuse doesn’t hold. I waited hours between replies because no one was responding. Your own log shows that.
The mute just conveniently silenced me right when I started questioning your practices.

5️⃣ You claim my customer role was removed due to a “server issue” — yet it was removed right after I mentioned posting feedback.
Odd coincidence, right? And I wasn’t the only one; others have had the same thing happen after raising concerns.

6️⃣ Saying “you didn’t get scammed, you just want to play victim” is not a defense.
Asking customers for extra money to fix your own product is a textbook scam, no matter how you try to frame it.

So to recap:
- Your staff asked for payment.
- I was muted by a bot for asking for support.
- My customer role vanished right after I spoke up.
- You’re now calling the customer the problem.

The screenshots are public and speak for themselves.
If this is how “VOID | A FRESH START” treats paying users, then my warning was absolutely justified.

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], I fully understand what you are saying, but you are letting your emotions cloud your judgement. Garbo never said what happened to you was OK or even acceptable. He only tried to explain that what happened to you wasn't their policy, wasn't something against you personally nor was to try to hide / block negative reviews. About that last statement, as a matter of fact, they have a few negative reviews on their "reputation" channel that they make sure everyone can read. So, if you really wanna settle this, open a new ticket and ping Garbo ONCE. I guarantee he will show up sooner than later and fix it for you. That's how he works.
