You need the Nekojima wing. It's blue and untranslated. People got it during the camp kit crap by talking to a cat in the GM test area. Make a party, use the wing, then enter a building or something. Doesn't really matter. It's pretty much like a key to nekojima. If you CC, you'll be moved to Tir. That means housing coupons don't work. Also, if you need to ride around, you need to go there with your pet already out. The map is blocked from logging in, and your pets do that when they're summoned. Oh, for those of you with the wing, here is a cool tip. Use it again while on the island. Make sure you keep it in your bank when you're not using it too.
