Returning Player - Character Freezing once logged in

Hi All,

currently a returning player to iSRO and I have a couple of old characters from servers that don't exist anymore. I've transfered them over to Kratos but i have an issue - when i log in I get anywhere from 0-15 seconds of being able to move then the character just freezes / does nothing - doesn't let me check parties (If i try check party it insta-freezes) and then just hits me with : "You cannot use a skill for 3 seconds due the exiting the game, and you cannot attempt to exit the game for 30 seconds" when i try logout/exit.

Has anyone came across the issue above? It's happened on two of my accounts and i've tried clean installs across both a PC and laptop.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey , it seems that not only i suffer from this freeze problems. I have the same problem but on hebe. I`ve tried to make another character to check if it helps - but nothing changed , after reaching 27 lvl and logging another day - freeze. On lower lvl character (14 lvl) works normally.

Glad I’m not the only one having the same issue. I have 5 characters all stuck. From lvl 60-23…

Here is your "Fix", but this will only work if you are willing to pay otherwise dont keep on reading this.

1. Charge up 300 JC Coins (you will get 315)
2. Log into the Account you want to play but the instant access for 13 Coins (you will have 302 left)
3. Create a temporär character and login in with it
4. Buy Premium plus from the Shop for 290 DONT USE IT
5. Buy a Magic Pop Ticket 10
6. Store the Premium Plus and Magic Pop into your Storage
7. DO ALL THOSE STEPS BEFOR 4:00 PM CET Timezone
8. If you did all those steps after 4.00 PM CET then you have to wait 1 whole day, the server reset is at that time.
9. After the Reset you will have VIP Silver Status, this one will hold for the current month and next whole month, thats why you have to charge up on the first of a month, so that you get 2 whole months out of it.
10. Befor the 2nd month ends use your premium plus on your main character, so that you have actually 3 month of playtime with 300 Coins, which calculate into 30$, so it would be 10$ per month!

And here is the reason why you think your char is bugged/freezing. Every new char has some kind of Time Limit/Protection after loggin, I dont know wether its a Level condition (for example lvl 30 and higher) or a real time condition (like 5 hours playtime). That char will be flagged and will instantly get kicked out of the server (which looked like freezing to you, but in reality you just got kicked), if he doesnt have VIP Silver or higher or Premium plus running. Because the server has a limit and those with VIP and Premium plus users will have 100% entry permit, thats why those free players will instant get kicked because the server reached their maximum capacity, so someone has to go right?

EDIT: You cant play this game for free anymore on iSRO! Dont even try!

this is not true. I just got the Problem yesterday on Hebe and i createt a ticket they moved me to another location and it was solved. No prem. Brand new account.

I have the same problem on Hebe and wanted to ask how you solved it? Who did you contact?

Go into your JCPlanet Account -> Support -> Request For Inquiry.

It is like a Ticket System. They are pretty fast, under 24hours.
