Looking for an experienced dev to join our team

We're a team of 5 with a great vision of how we think LC should be. We're also fairly busy people, and we see the need of another team member to help bring this vision to life.
You wouldn't be working alone on the project, and you'd have a dedicated team that is willing to learn in your pocket. Main focus for the new team member would be developing a solid system framework and potentially server setup if wanted.
Compensation can be figured out.

To clarify since Ive had two messages already about this: No this is not a standard LC with modified rates.

whats your discord?

can you describe what "the great vision" is other than not being modified rates? there exist enough lc that are all the same. everyone think their server is special

We can both agree that there are a lot of servers already out there, however I've yet to find a single server that deals with some of the core issues of LC. I'm not going in detail here of our vision, but I can say that we are reworking some of the fundemental systems in LC to acheive a few goals
- No botting (not through anti bot measures, but simply removing the need for botting)
- Engaging PVP
- New gameflow and core gameplay hook
- Better character progression experience

why not just make game in new engine then lol
im not really lc dev but i know my way around it. i have worked on a few lc servers but im actually aion dev

Hehe, I would if I could! Too daunting task for a mere human like myself.
LC / Aion, doesnt matter to me as long as you know what you're doing. If you're interested, feel free to pm me and we can connect.

if you already rework all of the game then it would almost be easier to make it in a new engine
it seem to be too much work for what i am comfortable with now but i can hear you out at least
