I want a developer who can make a cheat that gives me the character I want whenever I want — either by making it land directly on the roulette/gacha or by granting the character to me outright. The game is effectively dead, so payment can be discussed later.
First I’d like to see if the developer already has the skills and experience to do this. After that, I plan to work on bigger RNG games.
