You can just use the SteamDB loader, go to the SteamDB website, search for the Nostale Steam manifest version, and download it from there. It goes all the way back to 2017 and up to the latest 2025 version.

Imagine… someone actually charging money for 5 minutes of Google work. D: Crazy wannabes out there.
