Leveling Higher Characters Legally

I'm sure everyone knows about the wonderful concept of a water factory..I just thought of another way to put it to use. Get a water tao up to a decent high level, 110 would be good, with about 90% or so. Blackname it, and kill it over and over with the higher level char. Since water taos are so easily leveled, this would prove a great way to level higher level players very quickly.

Why blackname? Redname would be sufficient, as would flashing name. Also, getting any char to 110 is easy, the levels after that are much harder.

I think is becuase if you are black, then you get the XP after killing them. Rednames, you don't get XP from killing them.

The VP trick is done with just a flashing character, under your level, You plvl until the char hits a percent (not level) make the character blink, you kill it, it loses xp (you gain a very small amount due to the chars low low low level) and revive, plvl, kill, revive. Yada Yada.

(EDIT:Only reason I described the VP trick was to show that even just blinking would work)

/concur with arbitrary_illusion. Black, red or even blinking would be sufficient.

Not too sure how time sufficient this would be though.

When I had to delevel my tao for pk tournament (he was at lvl 60 and 90% and i needed to fix his fire still) - i tried this using the blinking method and having another char pk it. From what I remember there is a 10x exp difference in amount lost versus amount gained. e.g. the tao that lost exp loses 100000 exp, the pker gained 10000 exp. I dont remember what level my chars were exactly but they were roughly the same (or the pker was lower than 60).

If someone has hard data to show that being black name works better, this might be useful. Otherwise 10x difference makes this not very useful...

i often kill my high players to give my lower ones a boost, then for the hell of it I used a level 1 noob to kill my 70 water to fire. I got him about 500 points and 18 levels before i got bored XD She never flashed once but gave him all them levels. So i kno that if you kill any players you will gain some exp. But thats going black on somone Later I will kill him and aother noob his level and rough percent and see.

PS: the first 5 levels took a while with a lucky blade with her naked then he got better weapons and was able to kill her easier, pity i chose an archer, coulda went up to the 15 long hammer wit a war or tro.

it's 1/2... every 10 exp u get for the water, the killer get 5. that's if the killer is lower lvl. if he's not then forget about it. probably 1/10 like the original post says.

Blackname players give more exp when killed then any other. I know this for a fact, due to I've been red and black before, and I lost alot more EXP while black name, roughly 50%
