DMA setup issues

I am new to dma and getting this error when running tests. I have contacted support but they are taking a long time to answer. Are there any reputable services that can do all the initial setup for dma I have a CaptainDMA 75T with fuser and Kmbox Net. Won't answer any sketchy dms looking for someone reputable to help with the setup willing to pay for the help. Thanks

Have you tried turning off both PCs, unplugging the main power cable, and holding down the power button for 15 seconds?

Yes I even took out the battery on the motherboard and waited a few mins. My current assumption is that either the FW is having issues or the actual dma card is the problem was hoping to get someone that knows about this to look at it.

What color is the LED? Did you change the back door? If you reset the BIOS you may need to make some changes

Use a different PCIe slot. If you are currently within a x16 slot change it to a x1 slot for testing

2 led are on rn the power is a green led and the PCIe has a blue led on. I disabled SVM, IOMMU, and put gen 1 for the PCIe slot. not sure what other changes in the bios I need to make.

I have tested with the 2 bottom pcie slots going to remove the graphics card and test that slot since I know it works.

Try another firmware. One from ekknod is fine.

Check if the driver for the emul device in the device manager of the main PC is loaded properly. If the driver is not present, you need to install the corresponding driver. If a yellow exclamation mark is displayed, first try right-clicking on the device in the Device Manager and uninstalling it. Then, right-click and select "Rescan." If it still doesn't work, please check Virtualization and VT-d/IOMMU in the main pc BIOS
If using the activator, check if run activator when dma on data port.
Double click the emul device in device manager, check ->Power Management(if has) ->Untick "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power") to avoid the BME OFF by main pc os.

Just ask your provider. They would know best and fix your issue the best. If you followed the steps and it’s still not working then your dma might be fried or an other issue with it. Just be patient and wait for your provider
