they dont have macro detection (only if your abb is too fast xd). atleast not when i was playing a few months ago.
the only problem is the caption which randomly pops up while farming. you would need a macro program that has image recognition (you can get it for free ;) ) so that it solves the caption automatically whenever it pops up.
