Joymax fanboys won't tell you the truth in this thread.
I don't recommend making a comeback on official Silkroad - the system is completely different from what you're used to as a veteran player, as well as the simple fact that 1.) ISRO is beyond dead - only filled with hundreds of fake goldbot accounts, 2.) there is absolutely no support/activity from Joymax in terms of updates besides once every 2-3 years, and finally 3.) there is absolutely no hope of catching up to top tier players without literal thousands of USD investment as well as years of time and dedication (unless you buy an account of course, just more $).
There are plenty of private servers that offer a much better experience in quite literally every aspect; however, if for some reason you're still interested in playing ISRO, I'll answer for you.
1.) - Yes - you can bypass login queues and avoid buying instant login tickets if you 1.) have an account with VIP Silver or higher status, or 2.) you have an active Premium PLUS running on any character on your account.
- You can obtain VIP Silver by
spending 300 C-Coin/Premium Silk in a month's time. The benefits last for 1-2 months depending on the dates in which you spend the silk. Premium PLUS can be bought from players in-game, or bought from the item mall for 290 silk (either Premium or Normal).
- How those "selling VIP Silver accounts" sites work are one of two ways, depending on the site:
1.) After payment, the site gives you an account with VIP Silver. Basically you buy an account.
OR
2.) Using your account or using an EPIN, the servicer charges 300 silk on your account, and then purchases items using that 300 silk which they take from your account and sell through their own means to get their profit back.
With that being said, if you're going to be spending money anyway,
I don't recommend it. Those sites that offer these services are very unpredictable, and while not usually scammers, are always sketchy and will delay/communicate poorly. Lots of bullshit and very well may end up scamming you - many people have had both positive and negative experiences with ALL such sites.
If you do choose to go for one of those offers, only go through GGorQQ, Kilicgame, or GVGMall as they are the only three sites that have a history of following through on such orders.
2.) - No, VIP is bound by account, not character nor server. You will retain instant access benefits on ANY Joymax/JCPlanet server when using an account with VIP Silver or higher. The character buff benefits will also be applied to all of your accounts across every server you have an account in.
3.) - Completely dead. CTF and Battle Arenas very rarely start in ISRO. Styria Clash always starts however it is very often filled with 50+ bots in the match with only 3-4 real players on each side.
4.) - The most active servers are
Theia(largest, most heavily merged server) and
Arges(has a few real dedicated active international communities scattered throughout).
However, don't get it twisted.
Most active does not equate to being active - both of those servers are still dead as hell and you'll be lucky to have an interaction with a real player once per day.
5.) - The best way is to not waste your time and move on from this game. (Not a joke or troll, sorry if it's not what you want to hear).
