How does one get in contact with Ring-1 Support

bought a key recently and just had a few questions for them, anyone know how to get in direct contact?

you can join their telegram group and dm a admin or use the chat system on their website.

I'm in their updates group but I can't see who makes the posts, It doesn't let me join the general group they have for some reason and I don't see livechat support on the website, would you be able to get one of the staff members telegram @'s for me?

i dont know then, i have no problem contacting them myself
