i am playing cabal chronicle i want to make a test gm command

i am done in cabalmain

now i want to know how to make internal.txt
some say i must open laguage.enc

but how?

unpack it using Balq's tool,get an old internal.txt and edit it.

ctrl+shift+alt+insert - speedhack
ctrl+shift+alt+home - no cooltym hack
ctrl+shift+alt+Num+ - range hack
ctrl+shift+alt+Num/ - multishot hack

ctrl+shift+alt+delete - disable speedhack
ctrl+shift+alt+end -disable no cooltym hack
ctrl+shift+alt+Num* -disable range hack
ctrl+shift+alt+Num- -disable multishot hack
