is Lethal full recoil control working?

I am tempted to buy lethal full,but I want to make sure recoil control works. It is listed as a feature but I have seen some people say it doesn't work. Can anyone help?

the recoil control works, but it's more like "recoil assist". They removed recoil slider/no recoil (for some reasons). Unfortunately the "assist" doesn't even assist much and only pulls down slightly like a normal logitech ghub script
