If I replace cpu and mobo also new ssd
can hwid ban remove?
what about router and gpu and sound card ,ram can be flaget?

just buy perm spoofer, cheaper

Theoretically yes but you never truly know. Most people just replace their whole system to get unbanned from val but trying to use a perm spoofer is very risky and most do not work without some form of bypass. Most spoofing methods are flagged anyways
