Captain DMA Fuser Issue :(

Good day, I am trying to setup a Captain DMA Mini Fuser v2 and am having an issue with artifacting and display resolutions.

I am using high speed HDMI cables along with a high speed display port cable.

When I plug everything in, I am getting bad artifacting (pictured). If I turn off the fuser and turn it back on I can sometimes get it to work but its stuck on 3440 x 1440 @ 60hz when my native display is 3440x1440 @ 144 hz.

I am using an ultrawide 34 inch LG monitor. I have the second PC set to the same resolution. When switching to 4k60 on the fuser remote I get the same issue.

I am unsure what to do at this point and if someone is willing to help me solve this issue I dont mind tipping via paypal.

Check your fuser's compatibility with ultrawide screens.

CaptainDma fusers has always been dog shit. At the price of their mini Fuser v2 you could buy a D60 which is infinitely better. If you bought it from a reseller here, they should be able to debug and resolve your issue unless it's not compatible with ultrawide monitors and you didn't know it.

Thank you for your time and response!
