DMA Remote Help

Really surprised (outside of the usual discord scammers) someone hasn't setup a service to just use anydesk and help setup DMA/firmware. I'm having a rough go getting my captainDMA going and the company I bought it from I shouldve vetted before spending the money to ensure they really MEANT it when they said they'd help get it up and running.
I own that much of this is user error/ignorance but anyone had any luck by chance using someone to help get them over the hump?

Did you purchase it from CaptainDMA? If you did, they should be able to help you out. If not, many cheat provider Discords are usually willing to assist with setup if you ask.

ill keep looking. I won't say the name of who i got it from. they had good reviews and affiliated with captain but they're very short and truncated in their trouble ticket system and don't seem interested now that they have my money for the bundle. just curious if others have found some trustworthy/patient ones used to dealing with newbs in this dept.

Whoever you bought it from should have a guide included or when the DMA arrived there should have been a setup manual that came with it. A lot of wires but still is pretty self explanatory with a guide. Not sure if anyone offers remote help which you’re looking for. Good experience also setting it up yourself

If you are not able to find someone and cant get it done yourself then it might be the best to buy FW from a reseller (even if you have one (have to eat the loss here)) and they will help you set up your card and flashing etc.

You should share who you bought it from. If they’re a reputable provider, calling them out might help you get the support you need.

If not, it’ll at least help others avoid the same poor customer service you went through.

Fair enough. it Was cyberammo. i combed through this site and was frankly going to go with aliexpress or taobao because i had seen how much cheaper it was. I went with them because they're in this forum and I knew I'd need some support and I liked that they had a ticket system.
The links/vids they sent don't exactly match up with the "downloads" and when I opened a ticket...took them quite some time to respond (12 hours or so). To be fair to them...one of them did say they were sleeping so I can respect the different timezones...but then they just sent over the same links without much extra explaining.

They're not rude, BUT before buying, I asked about support and that was the reason i splurged and figured I'd pay more because at least then, i'd get some guidance. I'm just a dad who's on a plane a shit tone an for once, got a break in the schedule so I don't have a desire to "learn by doing" or spend all this time "figuring it out on my own". that's what I paid the premium for. I'm not some entitled whiny prick that just spams either...I just] figured for the bundle i bought, a little detailed help/attention or even hopping in a discord voice server to help someone was warranted.
