what is going on with gg loader?

i tried contacting live chat, emails and a discord that was for some reason deleted. how do i contact them? i want explanation on what the heck do i click before purchasing. none of them are replying. anyone have any connection or way to contact them before i make a payment? hopefully someone knows thanks
