I recently purchased my DMA setup and I have an issue with the fuser.
As soon as I turn it on I get a flashing RED D2 light. The PCs seem to detect that their is an additional monitor detected but nothing shows on the output screen. The output screen is unable to find a signal.
I get the same red flashing light even if no HDMI's are connected. The H1, H2 & D1 light illuminate as expected. I am new to DMA so maybe I am doing something seriously stupid here but as the Fuser is advertised as plug and play, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.
I have the 6th Gen 4K 60Hz HDMI fuser and both PCs are running at 1920x1080 at 59 Hz.
The buttons on the front of the Fuser also seem to do nothing.
Is there anything I can do or is the unit cooked?
