Are you talking about acquiring a main account you can play on? Or are u talking about skidded/stolen account? This is against riots TOS and also illegal and won’t be discussed here because it’s against epvp rules. If your looking to purchase a main account or similar, I can offer some suggestions where they can be purchased

Are you trying to buy league accounts that are active or just trying to buy any league account? Not sure what benefit there is to having an "active" account, but there are plenty of sites that sell league accounts like g2g, ******** with unranked lv 30 accounts for as little as $1.
