I waited all day to get a trial key, following exactly all the instructions given by their staff. Unfortunately, I was given wrong information by the staff that caused the process to fail.
Despite that, he showed no understanding or effort to fix the situation, which is frustrating and unacceptable especially for something as simple as a trial key.
I can’t even imagine how they’d handle bigger problems.

I strongly advise not to waste your time with this reseller and to go directly through the official seller 24Infinity to avoid this kind of issue.
