How does CS bans? Can anyone help me if you catch a VAC do you just need a new account?

valve doesn't hwid ban you as far as i'm aware, so you could just make a new account and play again, but they did say way back that they use hwid info to reduce your trust factor

so if you wanna be 100% safe, just use a spoofer and use a new account and you should be good to go again

valve dosent hwid ban, but they hwid lock you into bad reputations for a lifetime on that pc, you need to spoof to not meet cheaters all the time, even tho thats how cs normal lobbys are sadly

nah he's somewhat right, they take certain hwids and reduce your trust factor as far as i know. they publicly said so in a interview but that interview was like 2018/2019 so it could very well have changed but knowing valve, it hasn't lmfao

It hurts to read garbage here. I've been cheating since 2015 and have had many accounts banned, including many on purpose. I get clean lobbies with my main, it's not my HWID's fault.

If you play conspicuously, you'll be reported, and thus have a low trust factor!

I used to think this too but no they don't use your HWID for anything in terms of trust factor. They collect it though.

There are ways around this though, not every account can get into low trust (shadow ban) lobbies. I made it to rank 3 in the world full raging and never even got a HvH, only clean high trust lobbies against streamers and people with the pro medals too like event winner, etc..

Just create a new account and you're good however it is known that they collect hwid info that can affect your trust factor. So play normally first for a while on your new account

New account and go next my man. They don’t hwid ban at all. That is if you’re talking about the normal game. I know faceit etc hwid bans so you’d need a spoofer.

do you guys raccomend some good spoofer for cs2?
