How long does it take for new users to use ‘GALLERY’?

I learned about this forum through a friend's introduction. I saw a system prompt saying that I need to purchase 'Premium Membership' to use 'GALLERY'.
I have 2 questions:
1.If I don't buy it, how long do I have to wait?
2.If I buy it, can I use 'GALLERY' immediately?

Not directly, it always depends, this happens automatically and is usually between 15-35 posts.
