Noob questions

Hey y'all, need a couple of questions answered, couldn't find solid info on these.

1) Would using VMware and VPN be enough to avoid getting HWID banned? Or should I use a spoofer on top of that as well?
2) I'm looking for an automated solo dungeon farm bot, and, from what I've gathered, there aren't that many options. Would GMR/Baneto be able to do this?

You dont need a spoofer for VMware. The problem with VPN is that it's blocked by WOW update servers, so in order to update, you need to disable the VPN, which defeats the purpose in the first place. So finding something that isn't blocked will take some footwork.

Baneto does the follower dungeon farm for leveling.
