Dichen Mini Fuser Questions

Hey everyone,
I see that this Fuser has compatibility for different resolutions. One being 2560 x 1440 @ 144hz (2K@144hz).

If my main gaming monitor is 3840x1600 @ 144 hz, can I just change the display resolution to 2560x1440 @ 144hz for it to work properly with this mini Fuser?

My radar pc is a gaming laptop. The highest resolution I can set is 1920x1200 @ 165 hz.

So I guess what I’m really trying to figure out is whether or not it’s possible with this setup and Fuser to play at 2560 x 1440 @ 144hz or if I need to look at a new monitor or possibly even a different Fuser.

Thanks so much.

Depends on your laptop video output port version, if it's hdmi 2.0 or newer you're going to be fine because you don't need the other screen at all. Fuser will create a virtual display that you can use for the fusion and the resolutions and refreshrates for that virtual display will be based on your video port output.

I had a crappy laptop that had a 60hz screen with hdmi 1.4 output and for that hdmi version max hz at 1080p was 144.

My main screen ran at 1080p 165hz and the visuals ran at 1080p 144hz, I only had to lower my main also to 144hz for the visuals to be like on an internal cheat. If you don't have matching hz, visuals will look stuttery when you move the mouse and that will be worse with the bigger refresh rate difference.
