.luac_Enc file decryption, modification and repacking

I need someone to help me with unpacking modifying and repacking a games files, its an unreal engine 5 game that i frrequently extract using quickbms but they recently started encrypting the.lua files into .luac_Enc files, I need someone to decrypt them and show me how to/make a tool to automate decrypting them and also make sure the game still functions correctly when repacked, willing to pay up to $200

If the price is too low im willing to pay more, just want it done tbh but after getting scammed I'd need to at least have proof the work has been completed before I make the payment, money isnt an issue
