Best DMA Card?

The main names I hear being thrown around are [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I have two questions, first which of these two is better. And secondly I hear that all of these DMA sellers are just rebranded Chinese products that I can find on AliExpress for half the price, is this true? If so where do I get those and make sure they are real, or is this completely false? I am very new to DMA, please understand my confusion.

Unless you go with ZDMA's Thunderbolt card (which is $600), the rest are pretty much the same.

Yes, they're almost all rebranded.

Head to AliExpress, search for "75T DMA," pick one with high ratings, and you're set.

SZZL (seller) offers one for around $60, if I remember correctly. FunFortress too.

I thought CaptainDMA had their own factory or something
I remember seeing a video of it in the past

I know the video you’re referring to, it’s just a product line promo. It's not their exclusive supplier; they don’t have one. It was made to show other providers that the manufacturer can meet the demand.

They sources their DMA cards from the same Chinese manufacturers as most other vendors except for ZDMA’s Thunderbolt and Lambda.

You can buy a 75T or 100T directly from the manufacturer, then get one from Captain to compare - they're identical.

The only product CaptainDMA attempted to develop independently was their 4K Fuser, which turned out to be a complete disaster.

At Captain DMA you pay for the brand and service. Every single seller on aliexpress is cheaper by a lot. You must be stupid to pay a extra of 100-200% just for some discord support. Aliexpress ships worldwide and has low fees and shipping + tax fees.

If Lambda makes their own stuff, are the a good place to buy from. Are their cards good? Better than other places (ali, captain, other stores, etc..), how do they compare?

I just feel like its hard to trust aliexpress, if it works out great, if not you get screwed out of some money.

What about Lambda Concept's Screamer PCIe Squirrel, any input on that? Are they good?

You've been asking the same questions for like a week or more, so if you're still this hesitant about buying, I'd just stick with internals and externals.

Just to summarize what we've already discussed:
  • Most DMA cards are essentially the same.
  • Stores like CaptainDMA, Cyber, Immortal, etc., are just resellers sourcing from wholesale vendors.
  • AliExpress, Taobao, Sugargoo, etc, let you directly buy from Chinese wholesale, so you avoid reseller markups.
  • ZDMA’s Thunderbolt (which is the best card) and Lambda are the only ones without public wholesale.
  • There's no reason to overpay for a Lambda when you can get a comparable 75T on AliExpress for less.
  • For COD, Ekknod’s free firmware works fine. For anything else, go with firmware from a seller like Atomic.
