r6 cheat that doesnt require disabling secure boot

i am looking for an r6 cheat that has visuals and doesnt require me to turn off secure boot the reason being i cant disable it i have tried everything :handsdown:

Hey take a look at stern, not require secureboot or anything at bios. Support 24H2 Windows 11.
