WorldEditor display problem

Hello, I need a solution. When I add an object to this location in the WorldEditor, it doesn't appear in the game.
I can't figure out why.

did you add changed files to your client?

Mdlyobj (forgot the right letters) add the models in here, and if it is npc add in these files propmover.txt—mdlynna, defineobj.h, then merge.
