I can't speak specifically for R6S tournaments, but in Fortnite Tournaments we've had no issues using our AI-based Aim — no bans so far. Our R6S AI aimbot undetected and is designed to be fully humanized, so with the right legit settings, it should be safe for tournament use as well.
