C# Encryption nos data

Does anyone know what kind of encryption NosTale uses to receive data sent by the client? Like e.g. packets, etc?

Morisko already did the hard part for us, you just need to manually rewrite it in C# or just use ChatGPT if you’re lazy

Hello, the cryptographie are still the same, so it still working
