Be cautious with this app—it’s entirely in Chinese. The person didn’t mention beforehand that they would change the timezone and install Chinese on the computer. The app is quite inconvenient.

Do not buy anything from these people – they are complete scammers. They sell you a key for the Korean server bot, pretending it works for the European server. The entire setup documentation is in Chinese, and the parts translated into English are completely inaccurate. They expect you to install the bot and understand Chinese based on these faulty documents. If you make a mistake, they blame you and cut off all support.

The support they fail to provide was instead offered by other users on their Discord who tried to help. But these scammers disappear after taking your money, and if you post a negative review, they delete your messages and ban you from the Discord server.

We understand we cannot have 100% customer satisfaction and we accept that.. just to clarify some false acusations by your side:
1- The product key you acquired by 12 usd about monthly subscription its compatible with all BNS NEO Servers.
2- We have quickstart guide on English, if this guidelines is being follow step by step you shouldnt have any issue, anyway in case any customer get issues following this guidelines can ask for support by ticket system where you will receive support from sales and support agent, we used to have 4 hours as minimum every day for supporting activities. Weekend we dedicated 10+ hours.
3- Your case its very specific, due you have been hardpushing and spamming pings on sales and support agent on vip channels and also you were breaking the rules and ToS multiple times having offensive language, bipolar behaviour and harmful comments.

You need to understand that NO ONE, in games or real life should tolerate this kind of person (like you).

Thats we decided to remove you from our community and obviously your review was deleted, breaking completely ToS and our discord group rules.

Anyway, you received what you paid for... your subscription is still active and this will not be removed until it get expired according to the valid monthly period.

This whole operation by Cazeiga and easy2play is a stolen or resold chinese product and the "staff" do not provide any support outside of the poorly translated documents.

Also, removing negative reviews is not allowed and completely childish.
