low speed dma card

Recently, I bought a DMA card( captain 75t) , and as you know, using it in a gaming environment requires a second computer. My main PC is a Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060 Ti, and 16 GB of RAM, while the second PC (radar) is an Intel N5095A, 8 GB DDR4, and a 256 GB SSD. After setting up my radar PC according to advice from forums, I encountered an issue where the read speed of my card is very low (as seen in the photo). I was very surprised because the cables are fine (I'm using USB 3.0), and the system requirements are met. I also tried inserting the DMA card into different PCIe ports, but nothing helped. Additionally, I am using an FW Ekknod WiFi 2.0. Can you help me?
