Let's talk about what hasn't been solved yet, like big problems, but he doesn't really give a shit!
1 Game mechanics (boss card) and titles don't work in PVP
2A broken class that unbalances the game "Ty Ty Ty Yoseim for testing all class 9.10 before adding them" (no its sarcasm)
3Due to a bunch of problems at the start , like the awakening of things with huge values, there were mirrors in the drop on the first day , then they were removed the next day , thereby making it so that new players could not tame pets

Ps.
And this can go on endlessly. I came to play on the good old fun pvp Arcane, and I got a selfish immortal with a fake name Arcane.

This is probably the last time I try to play on a server where there is at least some presence. yosiem.


Sorry, I forgot to add that there is a huge problem on the server with its perfect professional coder that every time it is preloaded, its damage statistics in pvp break down and every time it is new, then big, then low, this is a strong coding level.

my 2 cents here

as a casual player not chasing high level just farm and gamble.
i can say this, the community voted wipe because of abuse and it was granted.
i have asked for advise from MOD and received it well player base is high which is good.
pet classes are not dominating anymore and dungeons are hard again

from a cs point everything can be farmed like other servers.
players are friendly ,taming isn't easy . there is an attack like every other server iv played on causing lags(DDOS)but this will stop. might not be for every one but at least i can tell you that this, it is on top 5 private servers.

i rate if users don't like this server or any other private server then go to official no one is forcing anyone to play .this is really hard to create host and maintain if tried and its crazy. Give it a try then give you honest opinion instead of flaming. otherwise make friends and just grind through this game is old and i Appreciate all GM's on all the Private server to keep this game alive.

Rappelz Arcane: 9 weeks of disappointment**
Hello,
Today I want to share my **9-week journey** in **Rappelz Arcane** - a saga of
**broken promises, unfair management and systemic failure**. From the
the moment I started playing, the game was plagued by **technical issues,
racist insults from admins and corrupt moderation**.
### **Problems with management and moderators**
- **RMT (Real Money Trading) by moderators**: Some mods **buying and selling
characters** and violate the rules of the game.
- **Unfair patch leaks**: Update details are **leaked to some clans**,
This allows them to **manipulate** the market (hoard/sell items prematurely).
- **Bans and suppression of criticism**: Moderators insult players (e.g. *"shut up ”*)
and **ban those who protest**. If you raise legitimate concerns, you will receive
**Harsh penalties**.
- **Zero transparency**: Patch notes are **hidden** - players must **blindly
discover changes blindly**.
- **Recalls and wasted time**: Bugs wipe out **15 hours of progress**, but the

### **Balance & Neglect**
- **6 classes nerfed in 9 weeks** (and counting).
- **Player feedback is mocked**, not implemented. Threads are closed with
Replies like *"I don't know, let it go or else.... “*.
- **Admins like Gayiso & Gamak** **mock the players** and **only care about
cash store revenue**.
**Conclusion**
Rappelz Arcane has **potential**, but **corrupt management is ruining it**.
**Unfair policies, abusive mods and secret updates** make the game
unplayable. If things don't change, **this ship is going down**

System Changes

• Wing Upgrade System Fixed
  Wings can now be enhanced normally again.
  
• Moderator Ban System Improved
  Internal tools for moderators were reworked to prevent any abuse.
  
• Increased DoT Damage
  All damage-over-time effects now deal more damage to make DoT builds more viable.
  
• Perfect Block Cap
  Now capped at 70% to avoid full damage immunity, especially for Templar setups.
  
• Movement Speed Cap
  Hard limit introduced at 1000 to ensure fair PvP and PvE behavior.
  
• Monster HP Reduced
  All monster health values lowered by 30% to improve farming efficiency.

Golden Week Event – Now Active
Starting tonight, Golden Week bonuses are live:

• 35% increased Equipment Upgrade Chance
• 35% better Skill Card Upgrade Chance
• 35% higher Pet Card Upgrade Chance

All familiar Arcane-exclusive features from past Golden Weeks will also return. Full event breakdown will be posted by Makenci later today.

Class Balance Changes

Deadeye

• Crossbow Expert – Improved scaling.

Overlord

• Electric Synergy and Bloody Synergy – Increased effect.
• Bloody Arrow – No longer consumes pet HP. Damage increased.
• Lion’s Claw – Converted into a toggle buff granting high critical rate.
• Fervor Aura – Now grants bonus critical rate.
• Order of Alacrity – Now provides percent-based accuracy and magic accuracy.

Corruptor

• Stroke of Genius – Stronger effect to boost DoT-focused builds.
• Vengeful Spirit – Reduced number of target bounces.
• Naturalize Magic and Magic Skin – Defensive effectiveness reduced.
• Soul Plague – Increased base damage.

Void Mage

• Apostle of Darkness – Now grants magic attack and magic accuracy in addition to magic pieces.
• Spirit of Fire, Tempest, Heed of the Conjuror – Duration extended.
• Sadism – Increased healing output for better survivability.

Slayer

• Surge of Adrenaline – Duration increased. HP bonus reduced, but physical attack bonus increased.
• Hellstorm – Cooldown reduced from 30 seconds to 15 seconds.

Beast Master

• Sanguine Bond – Now scales with vitality instead of strength.
• Wave Cut – Cooldown reduced from 45 seconds to 15 seconds.

War Kahuna

• Thicket Armor – Now increases HP as well.
• Blasting Rock Cut – Stun duration reduced.
• Enchanted Slash – Can now be used from a distance.

Marksman

• Double Shot – Reverted to single-target. Damage significantly increased.
• Endless Energy – Changed to toggle skill.
• Strategic Agility – Enhanced values.
• Steel Cage – Cooldown lowered from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.

Oracle

• Heavenly Grace – Functions as a weaker version of Crystal Aura.

Templar

• Overall damage increased.
• Threat generation reworked and now functions properly.

Well i played on this crap server what can i say? No Balance and if they "Balance" this Server they kill classes. The Admin and Gms are unfriendly and arrogant they ban people for telling their thoughts and thinking. No comments about server allowed or ban. All the time same people online no new people there only twinks and same guys. Toxic comunity by the way but nothing new. Yosiem and co cant make server he showed years ago and failed now the same thing. good luck on all where try this cra,,,,,, server out but nope im out that was my experience there .:kekw:

for some reason when I open the launcher and click start it closes and nothing happen has anyone face the same issue ?

i have the same issue and no fixe ...

if someone have solution im happy to see that ^^

server is stable , if you enjoy pvp there are players more then willing to pvp each other.
if you wana play the auction house there is a fair amount of activity
im no pro player however i have tried all classes here and dont regret the time spent playing.its worth the try, look i did rage quit and destroyed everything due to my lets say beer intake. i started again and caught up in a few days. not as feature rich as gambit, underworld and forgotten but it has a continues good flow and everything in cs can be farmed for cs points like other servers, solo players will enjoy here
the negative sides here are the card and pet staging can fail alot.
