[Release] vSRO v1.274 Devkit & Filter

Hello what's up everyone,
Today i am going to share some stuff + sources for vSRO v1.274 files

why am i doing this?
well, if you know me guys or check my release of v274 database then i am sure you know how much i love these files because it's stable (not like ISRO shit :D) and we can do a fun private server based on these files and help the community as well

Hi,i have download and run the server with those files, but when launch client (by Silkroad.exe) launcher can't enter to the server c8 error, why?
in shard manager in red "fatal Locale: English"

wrong cert, its using locate 23 ans client is 22.
