What I mean is that the main PC is completely irrelevant. What matters more is what kind of second PC you have, but even there you don't need an extremely good one.

its an Matx and I can barely tell if its a spare pcie under the gpu, my second pc would be my current gaming laptop with a 4060 16gb ddr5 and i7

Even if it would not fit due to the gpu taking up to much space u could always get a pcie extender.
