WARNING: oito228 / Poohshiesty is a SCAMMER – PayPal Fully Refunded My Money After Investigation

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone thinking of doing business with oito228, also known as Poohshiesty (Discord: oito228, Telegram: @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]ii8, possibly using other handles like oito88888, miawtw, RabbitMilk). I paid them for a small custom coding project and ended up getting scammed.

Here’s how it went down:

I originally contacted them via Discord (oito228) after seeing their posts on here and other forums. We agreed on a price — €80 via PayPal — which isn’t a huge amount, but still enough to be annoyed over. I included a description of the service in the payment, but within 15 minutes, they refunded it asking me to resend without a description. I did, which turned out to be a huge red flag — but thankfully, it helped me in the end.

I didn’t even chase them straight away. I gave them two full days before asking for an update. They replied saying they weren't at their PC, which seemed fair enough. Another two days passed — I checked in again, and this time they got a bit defensive and started claiming they had “developed several features already” and were working on my other requests. I still kept it cool and gave them more time.

By day 5, I asked for actual results — code, screenshots, or anything to show progress. The game we were working on literally has no anti-cheat, public PDB symbols, and you can literally run Cheat Engine live in-game. Nothing overly complex.

That’s when they turned aggressive. They offered to refund only half. I told them that’s fine — just send me half of what you’ve supposedly made and refund the rest. Seems fair, right?

Nope. They refused. Started getting cocky, saying “go ahead and chargeback, we have protections in place.” Next thing I know, I’m blocked.

So I opened a PayPal dispute. Because of that original refunded payment with the description and the second one without, PayPal clearly saw the intent to mislead. They sided with me and refunded me 100%, and are now doing a full investigation into the payment account: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], which is tied to the name Dorin Florian Stefan.

So yeah — long story short:

Do NOT trust oito228 / Poohshiesty.

I’ve been around long enough to know when something smells fishy, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned.

Just to clarify things from my side this isn’t the full story nor close to the truth.


User "darkrounge" became impatient even though I had already completed part of the work.

When I asked for a bit more time he got aggressive and inpatient and started making threats.
I decided it wasn’t worth the stress and didn't wanted to work with him anymore which then offered a full refund myself not because anyone forced it but because I chose to step away from the situation.

Your claim that I was "aggressive and threatening" is absolute nonsense — as the logs clearly show:

• I paid you in good faith.
• After payment, your replies slowed down massively — I waited 24 hours to 3 full days for each response.
• Before I paid, you were replying within 2-3 hours max.
• I never once "threatened" you — instead, I remained respectful and patient, only checking in every few days.
• Your excuses kept piling up and not once did you provide proof of progress.

If anyone here is confused, go read the chat logs and see the tone and timeline for yourself. The facts speak for themselves.

Also, let’s not forget:

• You asked me to refund and resend the payment without a service description — red flag.
• You offered me “half a refund” instead of code or progress — why would you do that if you did work?
• You blocked me instantly after I said I’d dispute it — then posted here trying to play victim.

You didn’t refund me “by choice” — you got caught and PayPal stepped in.

You're not a developer — you’re a scammer trying to milk money from people and then twist the story when exposed.

Don’t trust Poohshiesty. Full stop.

Clear this up with facts, not fiction.

1. I never scammed anyone — I offered a refund before any dispute was even filed. Thats not something a scammer does. Thats called good faith and rejecting to work with him which is the whole reason for his behavior.
2. He claims I “scammed” him — but at the same time admits I offered a refund. So which is it? A scammer doesn’t offer refunds. Make it make sense.
3. Regarding the aliases: The only ones that are mine are Poohshiesty and Oito228. I have no fuck idea where he got that. Throwing random names in the mix to make it sound worse is just disgusting.
4.. I never blocked him, i’ve removed friend ship as soon as the convo was and he still could dm me if wanted to.

Bottom line:
He got his money back.
He was impatient, got aggressive, and now he’s trying to rewrite history.

Will keep working as usual!

Now let’s go through Poohshiesty’s points one by one:

1. “I never scammed anyone — I offered a refund before any dispute.”
This is false and misleading.
I chased you up multiple times after extended delays and broken promises. The refund only came after I made it clear I would open a PayPal dispute.
That’s not "good faith" — that’s damage control.

In fact, the screenshots show I gave you 24+ hours between every message, and in some cases waited nearly 3 full days for a reply.
Compare that to your responsiveness before I paid, when you replied within hours. After you had the money, you vanished.
This is a textbook example of bait-and-switch behavior.

2. “He admits I offered a refund — scammers don’t offer refunds.”
Actually, many scammers do offer partial or delayed refunds when caught — it's called trying to save face. Did I receive it though? No. Was I ever going to receive it? No?
In your case, you initially offered to refund “half the money” — why? If you’d done any actual work, you’d show it.
You didn’t show anything. Ever.
The refund came only when you were exposed and backed into a corner. Not because you're honest.

3. “The only aliases of mine are Poohshiesty and Oito228.”

Some of these handles are also tied to negative reviews on UC (another well renown cheating community, if you know you know., where you try to deny being "Oito" — despite using the same name, pattern, and writing style.
You are clearly recycling usernames and identities across platforms while pretending they aren’t you. Very suspicious behavior.

4. “I never blocked him, just removed friendship.”
More deception.
As the logs show, I could no longer message you after telling you I was going to dispute.
You removed friendship, disabled DMs, and never once reached out again.
This passive-aggressive move is typical of people trying to ghost once they're exposed.

Let’s talk tone for a moment here bro,

The language, grammar, and fluency you use here on the forum is a night-and-day difference from how you write on Discord. Weird as fuck if you ask me?
Anyone who reads the chat logs can tell you are now using a chat AI or some AI to appear more credible here. Yet, your flaunted attempts can't cover up the discord messages I provided.

So which version is the real you?
The one in the broken-English Discord DMs full of excuses, or the forum persona suddenly writing like a PR rep?

That kind of inconsistency creates massive trust issues. Who’s the real person here?

I’ve been a member of this community since 2008 — almost two decades — and I’ve never once had an incident like this.
Never needed to open a dispute. Never been accused of anything. Because I don’t deal in lies or shady practices.

Meanwhile, you’ve been here since August 2024 with fewer than 10 posts, and already you’re under fire with red flags tied to your name on multiple forums.

You want to “keep working as usual”?
Maybe clean up your reputation first — because as it stands, the only thing you’re known for is excuses, ghosting clients, and denying identities.

I mean, if no work has been done, there should be a full refund, not a partial one, the best thing you did is that you've made the payments trough PayPal, so you were kinda covered ,I guess.
