RedM Simple Cheat

Since there's not much cheat's available for RedM i decided to release my own.

Features :
* -Infinite Horse Stamina
* -Horse GodMode
* -Infinite DeadEye
* -GodMode
* -Inifinite Player Stamina
* -No reload
* -No spread
* -No Ammo
* -Auto Fire/Fast Fire
* -Max Stats
* -No Weapon Degradation
* -Player names and ids
